Here are the policies of Kokkymelon Guesthouse:
Deposit:
A full deposit is required to secure the booking
Cancellation policy:
-Cancellations made 21 days prior to check-in incur no charge and the deposit is returned in full.
-Cancellations made 20-15 days before check-in incur a 15% of deposit charge.
-Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in incur a 30% of deposit charge.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours before check-in will be charged the first nights rate. -No-shows incur the full cost of the reservation.
Late check-out policy:
-Late Check out is possible, if room is available, with half price charge for check-out until 18.00 hours
Children policy:
-Children up to the age of 3 are free of charge.
-Not all rooms have available room for an extra bed or baby cot.
-Special prices apply to families with 2 children when booking two rooms.
